Properties:
Camphor essential oil is extracted by steam from the the wood of the tree once chipped, along with the roots and branches, is then rectified under vacuum and finally processed through filter pressing. It is colourless in appearance.
Main Uses:
Camphor oil can be used for acne, nervous anxiety, muscular aches & pains, sprains, bruises, coughs and colds.
Blends Well With:
Basil, chamomile, lavender and cajeput
Ingredient:
100% Camphor, White Oil
Main constituents are:
a-pinene, b-pinene, camphene, sabinene, 1,8-cineole, y-terpinene, phellandrene, limonene, p-cymene, terpinolene, linalool, furfural, camphor, bornyl acetate, terpinen-4-ol, piperitone, geraniol, safrole, caryophyllene, borneol, methyl cinnamate, cinnamaldehyde and eugenol.
Indications:
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Note: For external use only. Do not ingest.
Should be used with care and in moderation, it is not really used in aromatherapy and should not be used by pregnant women, asthma sufferers or those with epilepsy.
