Lavender flowers and products provide soothing fragrance and relaxation and are now making quite a come-back. Trendy restaurants use lavender flowers to enhance the look and taste of popular dishes. Lavender is also increasingly being used to flavour chocolate. These dried flowers are chosen because they retain much of their natural blue/bluish-green colour and so are very decorative. Can be used in many ways, whether for colour in pot-pourri, in dry toiletries such as bath bombs and bath crystals or encrusted on to hand made soaps. Their relaxing fragrance is wonderful in lavender pillows and sachets.
