Lemongrass helps with excess sweating including in the feet. It can be used to tone the skin and its stimulating effect lifts your emotions when you feel tired or stressed. Like many stimulating oils the energising effect on the senses helps you to maintain healthy circulation, digestive and immune systems.

In massage it is thought to be helpful for treating cellulite, digestive conditions, infections, nervousness, fatigue and stress. In arometherapy and vaporisor treatments it is thought to be beneficial for anxiety and nervousness, can lift the spirits and refresh the mind well feeling tired and can also repel insects. In skin care, lotions, creams and balms, it is considered a beneficial treatment for clearing toning, opening pores and acne.
