Properties:
Niaouli Essential Oil is extracted from a variety of the Niaouli tree, which grows typically in New Caledonia and Australia. This tree is an evergreen and the essential oil is extracted from its very aromatic leaves through the process of steam distillation. In appearance, it can vary from a pale yellow to a darker yellow with a strong smell and camphor-like aroma.

Main Uses:
In aromatherapy, the oil can be used to ease the symptoms of colds and coughs. For skincare and massage, the oil is good for skin irritation and for muscular aches and pains. Niaouli essential oil is also considered a good antiseptic and antifungal and it is very gentle on the skin.

Blends Well with:
juniper, orange, lavender, fennel, lemon, peppermint

INCI: Melaleuca viridiflora

Main Constituents:
Eucalyptol, butyric, isovalerianic esters, limonene, pinene and terpineol.
