Properties
Peppermint has a cooling and relaxing nature with a familiar sweet, cool aroma that seems to penetrate and warm your airways balancing your breathing and bringing relaxation to an overactive mind.

Main Uses
In aromatherapy it is considered useful in helping to aid and increase concentration, can help ease the symptoms of coughs and tension and is useful as an insect repellent.

In massage it is considered beneficial for the treatment of many conditions and it is thought a helpful treatment for muscle ache, tired or aching feet, muscular pains, fatigue and tiredness.

In creams, lotions and balms it is considered useful for the treatment of skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis and acne, helping to reduce the redness caused by these conditions. It is thought to help ease sunburn as well as helping any redness or itching with other conditions due to its cooling effect on the skin.

Blends Well with:
benzoin, lavender, lemon rosemary and eucalyptus
